Payment, Fees, and Insurance:

Mental health therapy insurance:

I am in-network with Premera, Regence, Aetna, and First Choice Health (Kaiser PPO). If you’re in-network, I will bill your insurance.

For all other insurance, I am out of network (OON). I provide a superbill for out-of-network (OON) clients so they can be reimbursed by their insurance companies.

Private pay:

If you don’t have insurance, I offer a private pay rate of $200 for a 60-minute session. I have limited openings for a sliding fee scale. Reach out to me to disucss this option.

Groups, consultation, supervision:
