  • As a mental health therapist in Seattle, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, burnout, caregiver stress, infertility, pregnancy loss, and major life transitions. I also support healthcare workers and high-stress professionals experiencing emotional exhaustion or compassion fatigue. I offer individual mental health therapy or mental health counseling. This can include elements of coaching or providing educational information. I also offer group therapy including a healing group for pregnancy loss and other groups as I identify needs with my client. I also offer supervision to unlicensed social workers or mental health professionals who need supervision hours and consultation to agencies or employers. Please contact me for additional details.

  • Yes. I offer grief counseling in Seattle and online throughout Washington State. This includes support for bereavement, pregnancy loss, infertility-related grief, and other significant life losses. Grief therapy can help you process emotions at your own pace in a supportive environment.

  • Yes. I specialize in supporting caregiver stress, parenting overwhelm, and professional burnout (including healthcare and helping professionals). Therapy focuses on restoring balance, boundaries, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.

  • Yes. I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals working through past or recent traumatic experiences. Sessions are paced carefully and focus on safety, stabilization, and gradual healing.

  • Yes. I provide secure online therapy (telehealth) for clients located anywhere in Washington State. Virtual therapy allows you to attend sessions from home, making care more accessible and flexible.

  • I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field from both inpatient and outpatient roles. You really can’t tell me anything that I haven’t heard before. I strive to bring a sense of compassion, humor, and curiosity to my clients. I also have benefited from therapy myself and continue to work on my own self-compassion.

  • Most clients begin with weekly therapy sessions. Over time, session frequency may shift to biweekly or as-needed depending on your goals and progress.

  • I am in-network with select insurance plans and may also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Please see the payment section of my website for additional details.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form, email me, or call me. I will schedule an inital free 20-minute consultation to determine if we’re a good fit to answer questions and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. Then I will send you paperwork to complete before our first meeting.

  • Your first therapy session is an intake session where we discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and your goals. We will also review background information and begin identifying what support might be most helpful for you.
