A Healing Circle for Pregnancy Loss.
A 5-week closed healing group for individuals who have experienced early pregnancy loss.
Early pregnancy loss is common, with 10–20% of pregnancies ending in miscarriage, and others ending through termination or abortion due to complex or medically necessary circumstances. Despite how common these experiences are, the grief that follows is often unrecognized or minimized, creating an invisible loss that can feel isolating and difficult to process.
We know that grief after pregnancy loss can be profound, enduring, and deeply personal. This group was created to offer a supportive space for healing, connection, and shared understanding in the company of others who have experienced similar loss.
Groups series are held in September and March of each year. Current date times and details are listed below.
-
We provide a structure that creates guidance for healing activities, and space to reflect —so the experience feels both focused and fluid. The experience includes meditation, story-telling, breathing exercises, guided imagery, options for writing and drawing, an in-person ritual that the group develops, and community building.
-
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself. The essence of healing in a group is knowing that you are not alone. The group will create a healing ritual for the final week of the series.
-
Led by experienced clinicans who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose. Both Rebekah and Mary have experience leading groups and supporting individuals in grief work.
-
Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process. What is shared in the group is confidential.
