You desperately wanted to get pregnant again and thought that would help you feel better about your grief but now your grief from a miscarriage has you feeling anxious about your pregnancy. The days seem to move in slow motion and every sensation in your body sends an alarm of concern to you that something is wrong with this pregnancy too. You are afraid to tell many people that you’re pregnant, and people who know think you should feel happy but all you feel is scared.
You are panicked with the idea of losing another pregnancy and can’t yet be excited and aren’t sure when you will be.
You feel disconnected from others who are expecting who are excited and sharing the news with everyone.
Even as your pregnancy progresses, you’re afraid to buy things for the baby or make preparations.
