Support for Loved Ones of Individuals with Serious Mental Illness
Support for families navigating schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and severe depression

I provide therapy and consultation for individuals supporting a loved one living with a serious mental illness. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to help, or navigating complex systems of care, you don’t have to do this alone.

I work with clients whose loved ones are experiencing conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe depression. These challenges can affect daily functioning and relationships—but with the right support, recovery and stability are possible. It is known that individuals have better outcomes when family and loved ones are informed and supported.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based mental health care, a recovery-oriented perspective, and practical guidance tailored to your unique situation.
